BSE Sensex falls for 3rd straight day on European cues
NEW DELHI |
NEW DELHI (Reuters) – The BSE Sensex ended down 0.65 percent on Tuesday, after stagnant growth in Germany knocked European stocks lower further fuelling concerns about the health of the world economy.
The main 30-share BSE index ended down 108.69 points at 16,730.94, with 22 of its components declining.
The 50-share NSE index fell 0.73 percent at 5,035.80 points.
